NYX Mosaic Blush|Cruelty Free Makeup

Hey lovelies!

It’s such a beautiful day here and I’m in the mood for some awesome blush to doll up. It’s been along time since I’ve done a blush review and I’m excited to share this NYX Mosaic Powder with all of you. The mosaic tiles sort of reminds me of the puzzle game my son used to play. Anyways, let’s roll:-

I have here with me this 5 shades blushes in one pan. Yes, this product is cruelty free in case you want to know. Can you spot the bunny ears at the back of this packaging? Good job!

On a more serious note, can you believe how insanely pretty this blusher is? The formula is highly pigmented and smooth. On top of that the color payoff is incredible with each shades portray different color hues in this pan. I chose the shade in 05 Silk this time and love it, love it, with a ❀ on it. The tone is of dark pink-gold with shimmers which is very nice. This blusher is selling for $10.99 at my local drugstore for a net wt: 0.2 oz. It’s available in ten magical shades to choose from. You can find them at drugstores, Target US and NYX Cosmetic online.

There is one thing I noticed which is less is more! Be gentle in application because these blushes can go on a bit heavy. Overall, it perform so nicely on the cheeks! I’m really happy with this mosaic powder blusher. This blusher is awesome and gives a great warm glow that’s simply gorgeous 😀

This mosaic powder can be used to highlight, enhance, bronze and brightening all in one pan. Perfect to bring for travelling or to your summer vacation. I confidently recommend my friends and family to get this blusher. Make no mistake I’m telling you – it’s that good!

So, what do you think of the NYX Mosaic Powder? Will you pick one and in which shade? Leave your comment below.

Happy Booster by Physician Formula

Hey beauties!

I got a request to do a review on this pretty looking Physician Formula Happy Booster. I’m honored and happy to give my opinion on this product. Physician Formula product is available in any drugstores and Target. Retail price is $21.99 at a drugstore depending on where you live.

Awhile ago, I did a post in my beauty haul on this Physician formula bronzer and blush. So, let’s start!

I have been using this bronzer for a week now and so far I like it. The downside of this bronzer and blush is that it doesn’t pick up the colors when I used my brush. It works better with using fingers to pat and then blend.

As for the packaging, it comes with a cute round mirror and a brush located in the second tier of the compact box.

Color swatch bronzer has medium to high pigment formula. I find that this bronzer’s application is decent and the color payoff is softer than I expected. It looks natural on my skin and I don’t see any contour as I applied this bronzer. It might work better for lighter skin tone.

Next is the color swatch on the three heart shape blushes. Medium pigmented coverage formula. These lovely color shades has a soft subtle shine. The pinkish blushes are dewy and has a lovely soft pink tone. I used the light pink on the left as highlighter on cheek bones. To be honest, I like the soft color tone and the natural looking finish.

I like Physician Formula brand because it is supposedly more catered to sensitive skin typed. The other cons is that it’s a little pricey for a drugstore brand but if you are into it then price doesn’t matter that much. I usually weight the pros and cons = value + quality.

Will I repurchased again? Probably not for I will give average rating for this one.

I hope my review helps before your final purchase. Again, thank you for your request and keep more coming. I’ll be more than happy to do a makeup review or first impression on products that you requested.

Have you any of Physician Formula beauty products?

Thanks for reading.

Maybelline Dream Bouncy blush is also one of my favorite blush of all time. I had this for a while already and finally I got the chance to show case it as my Top 5. Yes it has those bouncy effect which I find it quite cool. This is a cream blusher that is so lightweight to powder form. It has a beautiful colour payoff and so a little goes a long way.

This little gem – Essence Kalinka blush. Believe it or not I got this for only $2.00 on liquidation sale. I simply love the cute and adorable Russian doll theme packaging that drew me to grab it. But I did find it quite pigmented and soft. It blends in quite well and it has a matte finish. Not too bad for a $2 bucks blusher.

Revlon Blush in 010 Classy Coral is a rich, quite pigmented and so wonderful soft when applying. The texture is soft and it blends pretty nicely. One thing to note is that the color of this Classy Coral which I picked has a very soft and light tone to it. So, lots of blending required for a fresh looking cheek. Good news is that the color is buildable so it works for me. There are 9 color shades available!

NYX blush is one of my everyday blusher after I started using it. It’s very pigmented, creamy texture feel eventhough it is a powder blush. Has a shimmery effect too.  It creates a really natural glow when I applied it on my apple cheek.  It glides so smoothly and I absolutely love this blusher. By the way, I got mine in copper for an autumn look. Available in 24 gorgeous and radiant colors!

Last but not least is my E.L.F. blusher. It has a silky finish which blends pretty well on my skin. The formula is silky to touch. It has a tiny, subtle amount of shimmer to it which gives off a natural looking glow. Average pigments and good value for money. I got mine at Target.

What is your favorite blusher from the drugstore?

Thanks for reading guys!
