Tester Wednesday – Browvo! Conditioning Primer by Benefit

Hi  guys! How’s it going?

I’ve learnt over the years that apart from cosmetics and make up, a well-groomed set of brows has the amazing ability to frame your face and transform your features. It sounds crazy I know!

With the busy schedules and unlimited multitasking, and when you lack the time, just by taming a few stray hair with a holding gel and filling in the sparse areas with fuller brows instantly will give your face a more symmetrical appearance. Benefit Browvo Conditioning Primer did just that.

This is a conditioning gel that helps tame the bushy brows and sets it nicely. Well, I for one aren’t blessed with a pretty brows (sob!) to tell you the truth. Mine are sparse and I always have difficulty doing my brows. I’m so happy when I received this sample from Top Box to try on.

Very excited to try and here’s my two cents opinions.

Honestly, I was very skeptical when I got this  in my mail since this is my first time experiencing a brow primer from Benefit but now I’m totally coveted.

Ways to use it :-

  1. Conditions brows instantly and or
  2. Use it as a brow primer

It comes in a cute rubber tip brush. They’re very soft and easy to work on. I really like how easy and fast the formula sets. A wonderful essential product in my book. I’ll definitely repurchase once I ran out of it!

I really like the packaging. It looks luxe and easy to The primer comes in a twist up pen that dispenses the product. You’ve to twist the bottom for a couple of times when it’s new to push out product to the surface. Is this not a cool design or what?

The product is a clear gel with a bluish tint while the applicator is of rubber bristles to help distribute the products. It applies creamy, sets dry, and doesn’t move until you decide to remove it. I love it on its own to tame and shape my brows, and as a primer it keeps everything in place. It also makes eyebrow pencil application so much easier. Definitely makes them look more full right away, and I have noticed my brow pencil stays on longer.

I couldn’t say enough, I need to mention again that I really like this product, works great as a primer and has been sort of working on growing in my brows. I’ve also been using it at night to help with brow growth. That’s how desperate I am wanting a nice thick brows.

Good job on this, Benefit!

I’ve naturally sparse brows as you can see on this photo (on the left).

This product is really awesome. I thought that I wasn’t going to like it but I love it so much I want to recommend it to all my friends. It’s a must have if you’re on the market for a brow product.

Photos shown the before and after effect with the primer. What do you think? Could you see the difference? Comment below.

Available at Sephora, Ulta, drugstores and Benefit website.

Thanks for stopping by!

  17. Sounds like a great product, I can definitely see the difference in the before and after shot! I have naturally thick brows and I’m not sure I want them to grow any faster haha, but I like the idea of a brow primer that helps with pencil application.
