HOLIDAYS are the best time of the year…My Favorite Winter and all the Festive Spirit is something I waited for the whole year. For me the Holiday is NO HOLIDAY without… Family, Friends, Spirit of sharing and giving, also SNOW!

First of, I wanted to share my interpretation of Snow. For me, anything that is White, I relate it to snow. I remembered growing up watching Snow White and the 7 dwarfs when I was a little girl, disney movie Frozen, Elsa and Olaf the talking snowman, Snow Queen and Ice Age just to name a few. Mostly, everything white reminds me of snow!

Today, with all my other good friends friends sharing the theme Snow or Makeup Menu, I’m excited to share a few here with all of you.

Hence, this is what’s buzzing in my mind right now. The point of white makeup is to express everything snow white to remind, of snow. I really like this loo on the Korean model but honestly, I know I can’t pull off with everything white. I’ll definitely looked deadly if I paint my face all white since I’m on a light to medium skin-toned but the model looks stunning! If you feel inspired by this look, try it and leave your comments please.

For the dramatic effect, even the eyebrows are covered with white color like a pine tree after snow. This is so cool.”This model makeup look is to express image of a Snow Queen according to the makeup director”.

I think this theme is my biggest challenge yet. As easy as it may sound, I’m having a hard time writing this post to be honest with you. But I’ll do my best possible.

Here are my picks of White as Snow Theme:

Chanel-nail swatch

I can see how opaque white nail polish could be a little off-putting in a “Whoa! But when they’re done right, I think they’re go-go girl chic. Again, I’m not a true fan of white nail polish on myself. I love to admire people who wore them but I simply couldn’t pull off with opaque white polish. I’m weird I know but I don’t feel comfortable wearing creamy white polish. It doesn’t match my skin tone and it just didn’t worked well on me but I know many who loves wearing this white as snow nail polish for winter. I believe it’s a pretty color for those who likes light shade nail polish.

graphic glitters

White Graphic Glitters by Makeup For Ever is a product I’d like to apply them on my neck and body to add some glittery and glam from just a boring old fashion appearance. It’s nice to add some glitter in my life. You can apply these on your eyeshadow makeup if your eyes are not too sensitive. It could really make eyes more popped with extra definition.

To be honest. I seriously don’t mind indulging myself in this shaved ice now. Yes, it’s cold outside but this patbingsu looks so mouthwatering. Green tea ice cream on top of shaved ice with red beans, ohh.. heavenly!. IN Korea this shaved ice is called Patbingsu. Bring in the snow, bring in the ice, hahaha! It’s warm inside  ;P

This will make my holiday dreams come true. A beautifully lighting with candle lights coupled with white decor dining setting, I wish upon the star to grant my wish tonight. A charming and inviting snow white decorating, a pleasure in everyone’s eyes.

  3. Nice job, Sharon! I agree with you, blogging can feel quite isolating at times, which is why having friends like you, Stash and Ingrid really makes it so worth it. I talk to you girls more than my “real” friends which really only means one thing: you guys ARE my real friends! As for your picks, love them! I actually own that SK polish and LOVE it for Fall🙂

  4. I had a hard time with this theme too, Sharon. I don’t have any white polish and I really don’t wear much white makeup either except to highlight the brow bone. For me though I also associate blue with snow… not clue why! But that makes it a bit easier for me🙂

  5. I can’t pull off pure white either. I need some definition in my look and white just looks FLAT. Even white nail polishes look a bit weird – I like white with shimmer.
The MUFE glitters are really pretty though – when I was first starting out in makeup, I had a friend who worked at the MUFE counter and I bought a few jars of glitters there… I NEVER wore them but mostly stared at them in the container – so mesmorizing!😛
