Welcome back to Question Tuesday! Today’s post is not beauty related but health therapy. I’ve been thinking what else would be fun in the fall besides apple picking, hay rides, Halloween and pumpkin spice.
So, I got this question that has been popping up my mind recently. Oh well, am I speaking out loud?
Q: What do you find is therapeutic for you guys? In the comment section below let me know what you find therapeutic.
A: Could it be cleaning and mopping the floor, playing your animal friend, spa,relaxing in a aromatic bath, facial massage, exercise,snap chat, twitting, arranging flowers or gardening, listening to music etc … I personally find making flower arrangements makes me very relaxed and peaceful. I can feel my stress level decreases and it’s feels so great.
