The meaning behind this word an arboretum in a narrow sense is a collection of trees only as translated by Wikipedia. In this week’s Wordless Wednesday. I’ll be taking you to see the Morgan Arboretum. We got to visit this place on October 12 which was a Canadian Thanksgiving Day!
Here is the specification “The Morgan Arboretum is a 245 hectare forested reserve, situated on the McGill University Macdonald Campus in Ste. Anne de Bellevue on the western tip of the island of Montreal. The Arboretum is open daily throughout the year from 9 am to visitors who can walk and ski its trails in season”. You’ll find more information about the forest by clicking here to go to their website.
Let’s go straight to the photo gallery:-
We had a great time at the arboretum. It was the best day of Autumn with 23 Celsius and we couldn’t ask for more. The air was fresh with a breathtaking scenery. Many visitors were there to my surprise but I guess everyone needs to get some time off to unwind. Take some time to relax by embracing family bond and appreciating what Mother Nature provides.
If you are in this area this fall, I highly recommend it.
Well, that’s it for Wordless Wednesday and I hope you’ve enjoyed this post. Don’t forget to leave your comments and thumbs up if you liked it. Until next week, go out for an adventure!
Which is your favorite place to go in autumn?
