Have you heard of Coffee Scrubs lately? Well, I have seen it on youtube and many social media talking about it fanatically. And with swimsuit season in full swing, you might have banishing cellulite on the brain—or at least reducing its appearance. So, here’s the deal. A simple solution to help get rid of them using these few simple steps.
According to wikipedia “the causes of cellulite include changes in metabolism, physiology, dieting too hard or too much, hormonal factors, genetic factors, the microcirculatory system and high stress. Can you guess who is cellulite’s enemy? That’s right – COFFEE!
Okay, after you have nicely grounded the coffee beans to perfection or if you have ready grounded coffee is fine too. Just combine the grounded coffee with moisturizing skin-soothing coconut oil and a bit of sea salt for an extra exfoliating kick. The trick is by massaging this onto any problem area, you’ll stimulate blood flow resulting in smoother, firmer skin. Sounds easy right! You can easy do it.
What you need:
– 1 cup of coffee grounds
– 6 tbsp coconut oil
– 3 tbsp sea salt or sugar or brown sugar
– empty jar
– dry brush (optional)
Oh boy, the combination of Coffee, Coconut Oil and Sea salt was divine. I love the smell of coffee and couldn’t deny myself for a fresh cup of coffee after my scrubbing treatment.
I’ve tried it myself for the past few days and it works. My skin feels so soft and smooth even my husband feels it too. He complimented by saying it’s as smooth as silk. I feel that the aroma of the coffee relaxes me and my body feels rejuvenated.
