Estee Lauder Long Lasting Lipstick – Review

Hey gorgeous,

I have several lipsticks from high-end brands which I haven’t make my review on. And today, I thought it’s a good day to do just that. I had this Estee Lauder Pure Color Long Lasting Lipstick like forever but just didn’t have the chance to try it out and give my thoughts on this. The packaging has been revamped to a beautiful gold color replacing the navy blue packaging. Other than that, in my opinion all seems to remain the same in terms of their gorgeous color shades and rich creamy formula.

This beauty is in 116 Candy Long Lasting Lipstick by Estee Lauder for $26.00. Made in Belgium. Net wt: 0.13 oz. Currently it comes in 21 beautiful shades. This shade has a little shimmery finish while others like Red Tango, Scarlet Siren, Plum Couture, Barely Nude and Rose Tea are leaning more to the satin creamy finish.

This Candy I picked up has a pink tone with cool undertone. It’s formula is supposed to be enriched with shea butter and murumuru butter leaving lips soft and creamy smooth. On me, I don’t see that it’s intensively shinny but more of me getting use to this pink shade. The color wore well for more than 4 hours. I love the feel of this moisturize lipstick which glides like a dream (giggling!).  Another plus sign is that it won’t leave lips feeling flaky. The moisture will slowly evaporate but not the color.

I love the rich creamy pigmentation and the consistency of this formula. I will recommend this to my friend or anyone who loves an opaque lip products. I won’t disappoint!

Having said that, I will definitely repurchase and will pick another Barely Nude and  Scarlet Siren (red) color shade while I’m on🙂

So, there you have it, my thoughts and opinion on this amazing lipstick by Estee Lauder!

Have you tried any lipstick from Estee Lauder with old packaging? Love to hear from you.

Thanks so much for reading.

Sharon xoxo
